• I put it on the mannequin incorrectly, it looks just like the runway when you put the halter over the chain
• NWT's but has some issues:
• The actual black dress is absolutely pristine
• The attached hardware has some issues, but ironically indirectly.
• The gold roping needs to be re-fused in some places and fixed with some type of ball at the end. It is coming frayed because it came out of the ball.
• Clear wire was used to sew the hardware to the dress and in some places that needs to rewired
• There is no actual damage nor tarnishing to the hardware!
• Priced for a quick sale to get fixed!
