Size IT44, makes sense for the chest, but the waist measurement seems smaller

Excellent Vintage Condition. There is one imperceivable part in the back where the thread is bearing. Also, the fabric in the bust is disintegrating, doesn't affect look or wear, but you can tell from looking at the inside only.
