Private Showroom Terms

SHOWROOM APPOINTMENT POLICY

A one-time $125 non-refundable showroom fee is required for your first appointment.

The $125 fee may be applied in full toward a same-day purchase only. It cannot be credited toward a future purchase.

Returning clients who have previously made a purchase are exempt from the showroom fee.

If you have previously visited the showroom but have not made a purchase, the $125 fee applies to your next appointment.

RESCHEDULING

First appointments are reserved specifically for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel your first appointment for any reason, a new $125 showroom fee will be required to secure another date and time.

FUTURE APPOINTMENTS

After your first paid appointment, subsequent appointments are complimentary.

If two complimentary appointments are canceled consecutively, a new $125 showroom fee will be required to book the following appointment.

GROUPS

The $125 showroom fee is per appointment/group, not per person.

BOOKING

Once we have agreed upon a date and time, you will receive a payment link for the $125 showroom fee. Your appointment is confirmed once payment is received.

The showroom address will be provided following confirmation of your appointment.
